Printing in a UNIX environment

We have DOORS v8.2 installed on Sun SPARC server (Solaris 10).
Printing from other applications (eg Star Office) work fine, but can't seem to get DOORS to print to the unix print subsystem.

I have cheked the user and admin manuals but can't seem to find anything that refers to setting up printers on UNIX for DOORS.

Is there an environment variable or something else that needs to be set?

Thanks and regards,
Andrew

What is your DOORS client sitting on? Is it Citrix?

The DOORS server is not source of printing.

The DOORS client also runs on the same machine as the DOORS server (solaris 10 on x86).

I found reference in other Telelogic products to using the MainWin Control Panel to set date etc options for UNIX platforms and noticed it also had a 'Printer' control icon.

We have used this to setup our printer and it appears to work OK, so hopefully if anybody else runs into these type of issues, this will be of some help to them also.
